Qua.: What is the application of the insulating materials ?
Ans.: Our insulation products can apply:
• like sound and thermal insulation of cars, buses, trolley buses engines and other means of transport,
• to silence engines of trains, trams and the other tracks means of transport,
• like sound and thermal insulation of agrikultural machines and other machines and devices,
• like thermal insulation of the means of transport exhaust pipes,
• in energetics (like heat insulation of thermal pipes),
• in building industry (to silence enterprise places, industry halls, houses ...)
• like heat insulation of fire-places,
• like antidrumming insulation of industry floors,
• etc.
Qua.: Is it needs to order the goods in advance ?
Ans.: Izomat and Al-Aralamino insulations (with Al foil and self-adhesive tape) and Heavy foil AMS with standard dimensions isn`t needs to order in advance and it is possible to buy them at the company. At the non-order taking of bigger quantity of insulations (1 and more pallets) is needs to verify the storage quantity by the telephone. Insulation Aralamino, 2xAl-Aramat and insulations Izomat and Al-Aralamino without self-adhesive tape is needs to order in advance. Non-standard dimensions insulations and various shapes cut-outs is also needs to order in advance !
Qua.: What is the standard dimensions of your products ?
Ans.: Aralamino and Al-Aralamino are standard dimension 1000x1000 mm. Izomat is standard dimension 1350x1000 mm. Heavy foil AMS is standard dimension 1000x1000 mm and 1000x2000 mm. 2xAl-Aramat is standardly packs in rolls, which width is 1000 mm and lenght is from 1 m to 25 m (according consumer order).
Qua.: Do you produce the other dimensions insulations, eventually various shapes cut-outs ?
Ans.: Yes. After agreement with company workers we can produce also the other dimensions insulations let us say various shapes cut-outs. You have to arrange and consult conditions with the company workers in advance.
Qua.: What is the minimum quantity for the order or buying ?
Ans.: The order of standard dimensions insulations isn`t limited by minimum quantity. Non-standard dimensions insulations have set a width 1 m. Minimum lenght of the quantity made to order is 500 m (fewer quantity isn`t possible to produce because of big waste quantity at the start of production line).

Ans.: Izomat thick. 25 mm (with self-adhesive tape and Al foil) = 3400 g/ m2 ± 12 %
Izomat thick. 30 mm (with self-adhesive tape and Al foil) = 3700 g/ m2 ± 12 %
Al-Aralamino thick. 5 mm (with self-adhesive tape and Al foil) = 1 500 g/ m2 ± 12 %
Al-Aralamino thick. 9 mm (with self-adhesive tape and Al foil) = 2 400 g/ m2 ± 12 %
Al-Aralamino thick. 15 mm (with self-adhesive tape and Al foil) = 4 100 g/ m2 ± 12 %
Aralamino thick. 5 mm (with self adhesive tape) = 1 200 g/ m2 ± 12 %
Aralamino thick. 9 mm (with self adhesive tape) = 2 100 g/ m2 ± 12 %
Aralamino thick. 15 mm (with self adhesive tape) = 3 800 g/ m2 ± 12 %
Heavy foil AMS thick. 2 a 3 mm = 3,5 – 7,5 kg/m2 (according of thickness of the foil)
2xAl-Aramat 1500 = 1 590 g/ m2 ± 20 %
2xAl-Aramat 3000 = 3 090 g/ m2 ± 20 %

Ans.: Yes, it`s possible to buy our products at our company.
Qua.: How do you solve the transport of the ordered goods to final consumer ?
Ans.: We provide for the goods transport to final consumer trough the express company TEN Expres Slovakia, Ltd. or trough the Slovak post. The transfer coasts pay the goods recipient. The client also can provide the transport by himself (for example by the order of contracting express company). We offer an opportunity of personelly take-over of the goods at our company.
